Over the past decade I have sold homes from St. Helens to Corvallis, from Nehalem to Oregon City, and many in between. I want all of my clients to feel as if they are my only client. I make it very clear up front that all questions are important and will be available 24/7.  That may seem a bit extreme, but it’s more than a client relationship to me – it’s a partnership.

My background in design becomes very useful when envisioning the finished look of a client’s potential home and is a process I enjoy. When it comes to investment properties, I have sharp instincts and experienced my own success in making significant profit with the right timing and vision. I have bought and sold a number of them over the years. From fixer to short term rental.
